The IT Centre of Brussels' region goes Green
The IT Centre for Brussels' Region wants to become a green organisation and a leader in Green-IT initiatives.
Thierry Holoffe has performed a Green-IT Quick Scan and has given key recommendations regarding the Green-IT strategy of the organisation. Recently Green-ict was asked to become their counsellor to guide them through their implementation efforts in 2010.
Thanks to these quick win actions, the IT Centre will immediately starts to reduce its environmental footprint and electricity bill. This organisation is one of the very first in Belgium to launch a Green-IT Strategy and Governance project.
